PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wood crusher capable of crushing wood by stably rotating a tub over a long period of time. SOLUTION: The wood crusher is provided with a substantially cylindrical tub 2 which supplies wood to a crusher 1 below while rotating around a shaft center O, and a driving means 10 which rotates the tub 2. The driving means 10 is provided with a plurality of sprockets 12 which are disposed with a prescribed pitch along a circumferential direction on the outer circumferential surface of the tub 2, a chain 13 which is disposed along the outer circumferential surface 11 of the tub 2 so as to be engaged with the sprockets 12, and a driving source 14 which drives the chain 13.
