A direct current motor has three phase coils (U/112,V/114,W/116) between positive (118) and negative (120) supply bus bars (SBB) that each have positive (+UBAT) and negative (-UBAT) voltages. In accordance with control signals, the phase coils link to the SBB via six power switching components (T1-T6) like power transistors with control connectors (G1-G6).
