The mixing silo (1) for dry loose materials, and especially powders, has an upright tubular mixing container (2) with a center longitudinal axis. The container has an upper entry (4), a wall (3) and an exit (5) in a tapered base (6). A number of mixing channels (15,16) are between the entry and exit, and at least two channels have different channel cross sections, defined by a displacement (21) from a center support structure (8), with displacements of different geometries.
