Automotive suspension stability control system with a second data logger for motor signals

An automobile has a suspension system with a roll regulator linked to an actuator (12) that actively stiffens the suspension during fast cornering. The assembly has an active control unit (10) that compares the current suspension setting with a target setting and other parameters (18, 20, 22, 24) determining the setting (S). The control unit (10) further has a further data logger for motor signals (26, 28) that are employed for the settings (S) e.g. centrifugal force and speed.
