The electronic data interchange (EDI) ordering process involves the user initiating the ordering process, loading the order into a processing station as a data file via a secure HTTPS protocol or a similar protocol (HTTP, FTP) or displaying the individual order positions to the user via an Internet page before processing. The individual order statuses are displayed on the Internet page. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) an Internet page; (B) a shopping system.
