The electric heater (100), for warming a baby's feeding bottle, has a beaker (102) holding water to take the bottle. An electrical heating (108) has at least one heating surface to evaporate the water into steam and heat the bottle. The beaker wall is formed at least partially by the heating surface of the heater. A seal (122), with at least one sealing lip (124) around it, is at the junction between the heater and the beaker wall. The heater is a positive temperature coefficient (PTC) module.
