<p>The device has an open collar (10) with sidewalls (44, 46) that are spaced and connected by matter bridges (48). The bridges and the sidewalls define a groove that is supported against a collar (22) and an annular region of a flange (18), to stress the collar (22) and the flange towards one another. The collar (10) has tongues (60) situated in a base region and arranged for cooperating with an engagement region. The engagement region is provided in an end region of one tube.
