Directed through a stimulating filter (5) via a stairway of light, an illuminating lens, a lighting zoom (38) and a fixed deviating element with a combined convex lens, incident illuminating light from a luminous projection is guided from behind towards a circular luminous spot (7) in an object plane as a stimulating beam path (41) through a lens (9) at a pitch approximating a stereo angle.
