In making polyurethane molding by pretreating mold with external release agent (A), introducing reactants and additives and release from mold, component(s) (X) selected from carboxylic anhydrides and polyanhydrides of (poly)carboxylic, preferably dicarboxylic acids, with same or different hydrocarbon groups, at least one with 8-40, preferably 12-40 carbon atoms, is used in isocyanate component in amounts of 0-25 wt.%, optionally with 0-100 wt.% in (A). An independent claim is also included for use of (X) as part of (A) and as additive to the isocyanate component in polyurethane molding production. |
