The cappuccino making system for a coffee machine uses bellows-shaped sachets (1) of milk. These are placed in a dispensing outlet and milk is squeezed from them via a flow-resisting plate (7) through an outlet (2), so that foam is generated. An independent claim is included for the capsules.
