SOLUTION: When necessity/unnecessity of input of desired voice notification guidance and vice notification guidance for the user of the service is inputted, registered in a setting server for a service provider according to a homepage for customization of each provider, the telephone number of the notifying destination, the notification date and time and the voice notification guidance are inputted and registered in a service acceptance server according to a homepage for accepting use, a service execution server 6 monitors the notification date and time, and when the notification date and time arrive, calls a telephone set 8 of the telephone number of the notifying destination by calling a telephone network 7 and notifies the voice notification guidance to the telephone set 8. |
