The carrier has a frame (2) with its front end connected to a portal structure (3). Wheels (4, 6) are arranged at frame`s front end and at lower ends of masts (8, 9) of the structure, and a wheel (5) is arranged at frame`s rear end. A tool e.g. pre-pruner, is connected to the structure between the wheels (4, 6). The mast (9) has components sliding due to action of a double-acting hydraulic cylinder housed in it.
