The gas turbine with external firing, to convert chemical energy into heat and electricity, has a flame guard (4) in the connection (3) between the uncooled external combustion chamber (2) to burn gases and the high temperature heat carrier (5) directly after it. The flame guard has a hole and slit structure, and has movement to align the exhaust gas flow from the pressure tubes (6).
