摘要 <p>The industrial robot has gripping jaws (1,2) made of a high-temperature-resistant metal with a ceramic coating on a recess in each (8) of the jaw faces (5). The jaw faces are shaped to grip engine crankshafts for forging or machining and have an angle between them of approximately 140 degrees. The jaws have straight shafts (4) with mounting feet (3) side-by-side. The first jaw is L-shaped, with a short arm of the L-shape (6) incorporating the jaw faces. The coatings to prevent welding of the jaws to the workpiece consist of Al2O3, TiO2, ZrO2, Cr2O3, MgO, MgAl2O4 (spinel) or mixtures of oxides.</p>
