The feeding device is especially for a pet hamster. It consists of a hollow figure shaped like a hamster standing upright. Its head may be fastened to the cage by a cord or a chain. There may be a large filling aperture in the chest of the figure and a row of small outlet holes in the lower part of the abdomen. Food may trickle out of these apertures when the figure is shaken.
