PURPOSE:To provide a damper for a compact precision instrument such as a CD player, compact in shape so as to be fitted in a small space and having a vibration damping characteristic desirable in multiple directions. CONSTITUTION:Flexible films 16 are closed into bag shape, and viscous fluid 18 is filled inside. The mutually opposed flat parts of the films 16 are then provided with fitting parts 20 to a supporting member and a supported member to form a damper 14. When the supporting member and the supported member are relatively displaced, the whole damper 14 is changed in shape to let the viscous fluid 18 therein flow, thus damping vibration. |
