PURPOSE:To facilitate the assembling works, enhance the accuracy in assembling, prevent sticking of a movable frame to the body at the time of positively ultrasonic welding, and enhance the durability through preclusion of wear of the movable frame and the body. CONSTITUTION:One end 9a of the shaft part 9 of a movable frame 8 having a movable contact 7 is protruded to outside a housing 4 from a through hole 50 provided in a cover 3 and is inserted through a shaft inserting hole 12 in a movable plate 19, and the shaft part 9 and movable plate 19 are joined together rigidly by the ultrasonic welding process M. The other end 9b of the shaft part 9 is fixed rotatably to a recess 10 formed at the body 2. Between the shaft part 9 and the recess 10 in the body 2, a stainless steel plate 21a is interposed for preventing sticking of the shaft part 9 to the body 2 at the time of ultrasonic welding. |
