PURPOSE: To economically and sufficiently prevent the elution of heavy metals contained in acidic fused flying ash. CONSTITUTION: In a method of treating acidic fused flying ash generated when waste and its incinerated residue are fused, slaked lime is added to acidic fused flying ash to adjust pH to >=8.5. Next, 0.1-10 prt.wt. calcium polysulfide based on 100 prt.wt. of acidic fused flying ash is added, and besides mineral acid is added to adjust pH to 8.5-10.0, and then, 10-35 prt.wt. water based on 100 prt.wt. acidic fused flying ash is added to perform kneading. |
