Gas turbine assembly comprises a compressor (1), a combustion chamber (2), a turbine (3), and elements for injecting an inert medium downstream of the compressor. These elements consist of a device supplying a liquid and a conveyor pump (7) for pressurizing the liquid. A feed channel supplying the compressor with air is arranged upstream of the compressor and contains a spraying device (11) for a liquid. Downstream of the pump, at least one line (14) leading to the spraying device branches off from the line leading from the pump to the injection site.
