The fluid dispenser has a support having parallel housings (11,16) to be seated on opposite sides of a mouthpiece (5). A dispensing probe (100) is coaxially held between the housings. The levers (9,10) have two longitudinally aligned arms (12,13) that pivot to the housings. Two springs (14,15) are extended normal to the levers for biasing the arms outwardly and inwardly to engage with the mouthpiece.
