The invention relates to a sealing sash frame for a roof window, which is mounted in the frame of the roof window constitutive of one bottom part, one top part and two side parts of the sash, where the sash has at least a sash flange on the exterior surface of two side parts of the sash, extending along the exterior surface of the sash which be divided into a upper portion and a lower part, and when having a sash flange on the top part of the sash, it extends in order to connect with the flanges on two side parts of the sash. The sash and the roof window equipped therewith have a nice sealing performance, and are well wind-resist, rain proof, dustproof and sound insulated.
