The propeller (1) can be moved between a working position in which its water displacement parts are located outside the hull (2) and an idle position in which these parts are located inside the hull. An elastic or flexible membrane (3) is connected to the hull and to the propeller at a point on the inside of the water displacement parts, in order to form a watertight connection between the propeller and hull.
