he invented terminal or intermediate system meant for the automatic binding of self-supported telephone cables of subscriber networks is composed of the polyester main body 1 having appropriate configurations in places, dimensions, and curvatures studied to accomplish the goal of the construction destined for the binding of the three kinds of self-supported telephone cables in use, the polyester pulley 2 being of precise form and dimensions and smoothly rotating (with no oscillations) to achieve the unhindered stretching of the cable to be supported; tensioning is achieved via the special tightening metal nut-and-reel unit 4 serving as a supporting and braking means for the supported cable. Finally, the system in question comprises alsothe shaped metal axle 3 ensuring, due to its configuration, simple suspension -by means of a slipknot, hook, or crown- from a wall or column and the complete assembly and functionality of the whole system. The great advantages of the invention -in comparison to the up-to-date binding method in use- is that there is minimization of the binding time, simplicity and standardization of the installation, great facility in stretching the cables thanks to the existing configurations-reels, substantialreduction of the required working time, minimization of the manufacture cost of the precise subscriber networks, employ of unskilled labor, standardized and uniform presence of the aerial networks, updated aesthetic appearance and diachronic qualitative function of the cables, without damage or problems affecting the different connections. |
