FIELD: oil-and-gas producing, oil-and-gas processing and chemical industries; transfer of gases. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed sliding-vane compressor set contains sliding-vane compressor with electric drive, gas delivery pipeline, check valve with plate, centralized lubrication system with for delivery of oil to lubrication points consisting of oil tank, filter, and pipes to deliver oil to lubrication points. Set is provided with tank-oil collector mounted on frame together with compressor and electric drive. Centralized lubrication system is of non-circulation type, with periodical delivery of oil, and is provided with pump and device for automatically deliver oil to lubrication points. Check valve with plate is installed on gas delivery pipeline, plate is hinge secured on valve body resting under gravity on end face of valve gas branch pipe, and it overlaps passage of inlet branch pipe. Cavity is found in valve body under plate. Union connected with tank-oil collector by pipeline is arranged in lower point of said cavity. Union made in cover of tank-oil collector is connected with compressor delivery pipeline. ^ EFFECT: improved reliability of compressor set. ^ 2 dwg |
