FIELD: apiculture, in particular, preparing of granulated bee feed in protective coating. ^ SUBSTANCE: bee feed preparing line has three parallel branches arranged in the sequence of processing. First branch consists of dry component mixer, dry component accumulating hopper, micro mill, and dry component dosing device. Second branch consists of honey melting bath and liquid component dosing device. Third branch has refrigerator and ice balls dosing device. Single component mixer is formed as pelleting pot adapted for mixing of all component phases and producing of granules in the form of balls which are dosed in time and fed by means of conveyor to device adapted for applying of protective coating. Ready granules are delivered by means of discharge conveyor to storage house. During storage at room temperature, ice ball within granule melts and the resulting water is uniformly distributed through feed granule mass to thereby increase moisture content of bee feed. ^ EFFECT: improved quality of bee feed due to increased moisture content of bee feed and, correspondingly, reduced hardness thereof. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg |
