FIELD: fusion reactors. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed cold plasma injector is, essentially, cylindrical tube made of heat-resistant material. Six electrode-grids are built in tube hollow. These electrode-grids form high-speed gas valve and storage chamber. First grid at injector inlet is anode grid of storage chamber. Second one is control grid of storage chamber. Third grid (cathode grid) is common for storage chamber and valve. Fourth grid is valve control grid and fifth one is valve anode grid. Sixth one is injector screen grid. Injector is controlled by means of voltages supplied to injector grids. ^ EFFECT: enhanced speed and precision of dosed injection of cold plasma in vacuum chamber. ^ 1 cl, 2 dwg |
