The invention relates to a method for cleaning gas by means of fine-particle adsorbing agents in a flow reactor through which the gas that is to be cleaned flows in a turbulent manner. According to the inventive method, a velocity profile that comprises a core flow and an area which is located between the wall of the flow reactor and the core flow and in which the flow velocity is higher than that of the core flow, is created in the gas flow. The fine-particle adsorbing agents are fed into the area of the core flow. The invention also relates to a flow reactor for carrying out the inventive method.
