FIELD: automotive industry; passenger car seats. ^ SUBSTANCE: front seat of passenger car consists of backrest with rake adjuster, cushion, outer and inner posts of runners connecting cushion with fore-and-aft adjustment runners. Backrest rake adjuster and runners with fore-and-aft mechanism of cushion are found on inner post of runners. Said post is made in form of variable-section part stamped out of steel sheet with stiffeners made of cuts of round steel bar rigidly installed at ends. ^ EFFECT: unification of components of front seat, such as cushion, back rest, head rest for use on cars of different models, reduced cost of car. ^ 4 dwg |
