The load-gripping device can be used in the municipal services to load and discharge bins, provided with loading hatch and cover, for example, dustbins with household waste. The invention allows broadening the device functional capabilities. The scope of the invention is achieved by means of two catches (11, 12) rigidly fixed to the bottom of the frame, made of two beams (1), symmetrically relating to the frame longitudinal axis. The third catch (10) is spring-mounted over and against the mentioned two in such a way to allow its displacement along the device longitudinal axis; the fourth catch (6) is disposed over the third catch (10) in such a way to allow its displacement along the device longitudinal axis and coupling with the third catch (10). The fourth catch (6) is mounted on the rod of hydro cylinder (5). The beams (1) are linked together with crossbar (2), provided with the lug (3) and hydro motor (4). The hydro cylinder (5) with the fourth catch (6) mounted on its rod is fixed from below of the crossbar (2). The yoke (7), coupled from above with the limit stop (8) and spring-loaded from below by springs (9), is disposed on the beams (1) under the catch (6). The third catch (10) is fixed on the crossbeam (7).
