The invention is related to the sphere of construction, namely, to structures of door units. The invention offers a door unit comprising: a metal door frame to be fastened in wall aperture; a door leaf of box-frame construction being connected to the door frame by hinges; a latch device fixing the door leaf in a position, where abut surfaces of the door leaf are pressed to working surfaces of the door frame that have a form conjugated to the form of said surfaces. Besides, the working surfaces of the door frame and abut surfaces of the door leaf to be pressed against these surfaces have rectangular stepped form for increase of the contact area of surfaces to be conjugated by closing the door. On its turn, the aforementioned rectangular stepped form allows to apply the locking grips of relatively large dimensions for raising reliability of locking, Box-frame construction of the door leaf, produced of two all-metal leafs that are connected directly each to other, and protuberant edge of the front metal leaf, that may have double or triple thickness of the metal leaf, ensures high reliability as to locking of premises.
