The truck has a driving wheel that is provided with a tire (8) fixed on a wheel rim (3). An elastic unit (11) is radially placed between the wheel rim and the tire through a process such as vulcanization. The wheel rim has a coupling (12) that co-operates with the elastic unit. A V-shaped annular interval (R) is formed by two support surfaces on the wheel rim and two surfaces of the tire.
