摘要 FIELD: preparing of structurized products from raw plant material. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing components; separating and rubbing peel of citrus fruits; squeezing juice of citrus fruits; preparing sugar syrup; introducing rubbed peel of citrus fruits, structurizer and squeezed juice; forming while cooling for obtaining of base product. Structurizer is mixture of carragheenan and preparation produced by sequential extraction of Mortierella pulchella micromycet biomass with the use of non-polar extractant in above-critical state, water, alkaline, water, acid, water, alkaline, and water, with following joining of first extract with solid residue. Weight ratio of carragheenan and preparation of Mortierella pulchella micromycet biomass is 7:6. Said mixture is added in an amount of 1.3% by weight of base product. ^ EFFECT: reduced consumption of structurizer.
