FIELD: medicine, obstetrics, gynecology. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should study circulation in one of fetal renal arteries during the second half of third trimester of pregnancy. At increased resistance index from 0.81 and higher and, correspondingly, systolodiastolic ratio - from 5.1 and higher - one should fix the presence of fetal hypoxia and the necessity for urgent correction of this state.
