FIELD: building industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to road-building materials and can be used in making upper layers of municipal and country road covers. The asphalt concrete mixture comprises road bitumen as a binding agent, sand and crushed stone from acid cast furnace slag as aggregating agents taken in the amount providing maximally dense package of mineral mixture grains, and slime from the central heating and power plant chemical water-treatment system as a filling agent consisting of mainly the following components, %: CaO oxides, 48-52, and also: MgO, 1.5-6.5; SiO2, 1.8-2.6; Al2O3, 2-3.2; Fe2O3, 1-2.4; R2O, 0.4-0.6; total S, 1.5-2.5; other doping improvers, 36-42, and organosilicon liquid GKZH-11 as a cross-linking additive in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: petroleum bitumen, 6 (above 100% of the mixture mineral part), slime from central heat and power plant chemical water-treatment, 4-8; GKZH-11, 0.04-0.17 (above 100% of the mixture mineral part),slag crushed stone, fraction 5-20 mm, 31; slag sand, fraction 0-5 mm, 61.0-65.0. Also, invention describes a method for preparing the abovementioned asphalt concrete mixture. Invention provides maximally dense package of the mineral mixture grains, enhancing asphalt concrete at 20°C and at 50°C, enhancing coupling value of aggregating agent with bitumen binding agent due to its flowing into pores of a filling agent that enhances the density and strength of asphalt concrete. ^ EFFECT: improved preparing method, enhanced and improved properties of mixture. ^ 4 cl, 3 tbl |
