FIELD: machine engineering, possibly manufacture of working tools for cutting metals, removing slag, corrosion products, rolling scale, burrs in milling multi-position and multi-operation machine tools. ^ SUBSTANCE: tool includes built-up face grinding disc and face milling needle, both mounted on coaxial rotating in different directions one separately from other hollow and central shafts. Disc includes abrasive-diamond annular segments secured to metallic plates, tore like hollow elastic envelope secured to boss and ring. ^ EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing possibilities, improved efficiency and grinding quality, restoration of initial position of face of grinding disc relative to cutting end of milling needle, possibility of burning-free intermittent grinding. ^ 4 cl, 10 dwg |
