The micro accelerometer assembly and manufacture method has a micro detector cell (10) with connection pins (12) passing through holes (36). The micro detector cell is held on a damper block. A flexible conductor connection (51) which is cut out to shape connects to a fixed conductor track. The flexible conductor forms a circular arc prior to the connection point.
