FIELD: explosive works, particularly apparatus for displacing, setting, locking, releasing or removing tools, packers or the like in boreholes or wells. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has body with closed bottom and springing locking members made as two thrust plates with stiffening ribs. Body bottom is made as thrust disc with stiffening ribs and sharp side surface. Disc has orifices for receiving communication cable, which establishes communication with explosive. Formed inside the body are two rests to provide device rotation inside the well. Body surface has two fixing orifices with slots adapted to install the device inside the well. Device has shoulder to wedge the device during cooperation thereof with sharp side surface of thrust disc. ^ EFFECT: increased reliability of device fixation in well and increased safety of extended explosive charge storage at optimal depth. ^ 4 dwg |
