Hot-conformable rigid sheet comprises a 3-dimensional fabric impregnated with a thermoplastic resin. An independent claim is also included for making a sheet as above by applying an aqueous resin composition onto the fabric, spreading the resin with a doctor blade and degassing roller and placing the impregnated fabric in an oven to evaporate the solvent and harden the resin.
