FIELD: light industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves forming animal toy model; working out basic design of pattern; modeling basic design of pattern for each individual toy by adding additional cutting parts to face and occiput parts of head; joining assembling parts by stitching process. Toy model is provided for various animals having various extent of expressiveness. Basic design of pattern is made single for all types of animals, with parts of face and occiput parts being connected for producing of single member. Basic design of pattern is effectuated by computer-aided graphics with the use of standard programs of computer-aided modeling. Assembly parts are stitched along line spaced from edge by distance of 0.6-0.7 cm. ^ EFFECT: provision for manufacturing soft toys of unique appearance, reduced usage of materials and, correspondingly, reduced production costs. ^ 3 dwg |
