PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining structure of a member, eliminating the need of bending one end of a hoop material like a hook, and firmly pressing the hoop material to be connected to a joining object to attain reliable joining. SOLUTION: In this joining structure of a member, a wedge piece 12 is fixed at a space opposite to a flat plate 11 as the joining object, holes 14 bored rather closer to the joining ends 13e of two sheets of hoop material 13 are fitted to the wedge piece 12, a nip piece 15 is interposed intermediate between the hoop materials 13, and a throttle member 16 is fitted to the free end, whereby the inner surfaces of the fitted holes 14 are slid along the wedge surface 12f of the wedge piece 12 to press the joining ends 13e of the hoop materials 13 to the flat plate 11. An interrupt groove 17 is provided in the longitudinal direction at the free ends of the hoop materials 13, a female screw 18 is fitted to the interrupt grooves 17, the throttle member 16 integral with the female screw 18 is fitted to the free ends of the hoop materials 13, and a male screw 20 integral with a knob 19 is engaged with the female screw 18.
