PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure of a pre-cast concrete member joint and a pre-cast concrete member capable of increasing shear strength without enlarging a division of strength of a bolt and a diameter of the bolt and ensuring accuracy of an insert joint. SOLUTION: The pre-cast concrete member joint 12 is equipped with a joint plate 13 provided to one pre-cast concrete member 10 and the insert joint 14 buried in the other pre-cast concrete member 11, a large diameter hole 20a with a larger diameter is formed in an inlet section of a screw hole 20 of the insert joint 14, and since a large diameter shaft section 15b fitting to the large diameter hole 20a is formed in the basic end section of the bolt 15, shear force can be transferred with a shaft sectional area of the large shaft section 15b, and shear strength can be increased without enlarging the division of strength of the bolt 15 and the diameter of the bolt.
