RELEASABLE PRESSURE-SENSITIVE ADHESIVE SHEET AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a releasable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having an excellent adhesion with substrates, adhesivity and releasability. SOLUTION: The releasable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet has a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on one side. A surface substrate is laminated with the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer contains pressure-sensitive adhesive fine particles, a binder, a tackifier and a crosslinking agent having a carbodiimide group. The manufacturing method of the releasable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet comprises laminating the releasable sheet having the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer with the surface substrate using nip rolls having a line pressure of 98-980 N/cm and/or using gap-type calendar rolls the gap between the two rolls of which is 20-80% of the total thickness of the releasable sheet having the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the surface substrate.
