PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding container, which makes engaging frames formed on one side walls come into contact with contact members formed on the other side walls and not come into contact with elastic locking tongues to prevent the deformation of the locking tongues when the side walls are stacked with the side walls to be folded later on the top. SOLUTION: According to the folding container, the other side walls 3, which are folded later, have respective tabular parts 3', and the engaging frames 4, which extend in perpendicular to the tabular parts, are formed at both ends of each tabular part. The elastic engaging tongues 5 are formed on each of the other side walls, and the contact members S, which projects to be the same hight or exceeding the elastic engaging tongues, are formed on the part of each tabular part that is near the elastic engaging tongues 5.
