PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for molding an optical element, an optical element molding method and an optical element, which satisfy all of the aberrations of respective optical elements obtained from a plurality of cavities to obtain stably good optical characteristics in all cavities. SOLUTION: In the mold for molding an optical element, at least one of the inserts 6, 11 and/or spacers 8, 13 in a mold for molding an optical element on a fixed side and a movable side can be positioned at a plurality of rotating places around an axis in a moving direction and inclined parts in which the inserts 6, 11 are inclined against the axis are formed at least at one edge surface on a surface of an optical element of the inserts 6, 11 of the mold for molding an optical element at the fixed side and the movable side, at the site of the spacers 8, 13 of the inserts 6, 11, at the site of the inserts 6, 11 of the spacers 8, 13 and at the site of the back plates 5b, 10b of the spacers 8, 13, and the inclined parts are constructed in such a way as suppressing an aberration in the optical element formed in a case where no inclined part is formed.
