PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for reducing whistling sound by the unique shape and structure of a movable louver when a strong wind blows against a folding rain shutter door from the outside without the movable louver jumping out of a building when opening the movable louver mounted in the folding rain shutter door. SOLUTION: The movable louver is set so that the tip part 30a of the movable louver 30 does not jump out to the outdoor side from the front face of the rain shutter door 24 when the movable louver 30 is opened, that is, horizontally rotated. When the respective rain shutter doors 24A, 24B, 24C, 24D are folded to the right and left sides to move window members 31a, 31b to overlap, screen doors 25A, 25B are moved left and right into left and right space parts F, G to determine the position. The left and right space parts F, G are thereby closed with the screen doors 25A, 25B to impede the intrusion of insects such as mosquitoes and flies by the mesh of the screen doors 25A, 25B although outside air flows through.
