<p>The differential cage (11) is assembled of a ring-shaped housing (12) with a radial flange (13), two lids (14, 15), and a set of gears. The set of gears comprises two side shaft gears (16, 17) and the matching differential gears (18, 19). Each of the lids (14, 15) has integrated outer sleeves (20, 21) for the insertion of slide bearings surrounding shafts stationary joined to the side shaft gears (16, 17). The differential gears (18, 19) are fitted with integrated pivots (24, 25) to be inserted into radial bores (22, 23) located at the housing. Screws can be guided through bores (26) positioned around the flange (13) in order to attach the cage (11) to a crown wheel.</p> |
