A bio-degradable/disintegratable resin composition comprising 100 pts.wt. of biodegradable resin, 10 pts.wt. or more of rubber component having a double bond in its main chain and 10 to 300 pts.wt. of vegetable powder of 1 mm or less average particle diameter. This resin composition, after attainment of intended use, ensures less environmental load irrespective of any environmental conditions, can completely be reduced to soil within a given period of time and excels in economic efficiency.
