<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-sided ultrasonic shower washing device which can efficiently wash both sides of an object to be washed such as a hard disk, requires only a small installation space and can attain miniaturization. <P>SOLUTION: Two ultrasonic shower washing mechanisms 12A, 12B each of which has a nozzle 13, a disk-shaped ultrasonic vibrator 14 arranged at a rear end part of the nozzle so as to face each other and a washing liquid supply port 15 formed at a flank position of the nozzle, are integrally incorporated into a cabinet 11 by being inclined so that respective nozzle central axes cross each other at a prescribed angle θ, and a supply liquid branching port 16 connected with the washing liquid supply ports 15 of the two ultrasonic shower washing mechanisms 12A, 12B is provided at a proper position of the cabinet 11.
