PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an optical disk for providing satisfactory recording and reproduction characteristics at low casts by improving the productivity of the optical disk having a plurality of recording surfaces on which information is recorded.

SOLUTION: In the optical disk 1 having a plurality of disk sheets 6 having the recording surface on which information is recorded, a positioning region 4 is formed on each of the disk sheets 6 and is used as a reference when the disk sheets 6 are laminated, thus providing the optical disk in which the plurality of disk sheets each having an equal thickness can be laminated at the same time with the positioning region as the reference, which is simple, and has an equal interval in the plurality of recording surfaces.
