<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of reusing a used paper without requiring a special mechanism. <P>SOLUTION: A tray type receptive section 410 for determining whether a paper to be loaded is a used paper or not is provided to each of paper supply tray. A conveyance control section 450 controls conveyance of a paper to an image forming section 31 by switching between the paper supply trays according to a tray type setting designation J1 received by the tray type receptive section 410, printing face information J2 determined by a job receptive section 420, and tray selection mode information J3. When receiving designations of automatic supplying of a paper and perfecting printing, a tray except a paper tray having the setting of a used paper is selected as a candidate, and then automatic supplying of the paper is carried out. When receiving designations of automatic supplying of a paper and one-side printing, one of the trays including the paper tray having the setting of a used paper is selected as a candidate, and then automatic supplying of the paper is carried out. In the case where the one-side printing is switched to the perfecting printing in the way of a print job using a used paper, the tray is automatically switched to a tray corresponding to the perfecting printing according to the tray selection designation or one-side printing is enforcedly carried out. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
